We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and the security tags remain attached.

How do I know which size to order?

Our footwear generally runs true to size. However, for our platform boots and sneakers, we recommend checking the size guide on the product page for specific measurements in CM and inches.

Are your products made from real leather?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
