Naked Wolfe offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced footwear and apparel. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original Naked Wolfe box and dust bags, ensuring the outer shipping carton is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
